Keor Flex

Keor Flex is a three-phase online double-conversion UPS system (VFI-SS-111) built on a fully hot-swappable modular architecture, engineered for Data Centres and mission-critical IT infrastructure requiring maximum availability and optimised Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). Powered by silicon carbide (SiC) technology, the Keor Flex achieves 98.4% system efficiency in double-conversion mode and up to 99% in ECO mode, cutting energy consumption and cooling costs. The modular design scales from a single 100 kW Power Module up to 1200 kW within a single 2.8 m² cabinet, and up to 4.8 MW by paralleling up to four systems, supporting pay-as-you-grow capacity planning without downtime. True hot-swap modularity — including a hot-swappable Static Bypass composed of 6 compact modules — delivers No Single Point of Failure (NSPOF) and a Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) of less than 5 minutes. Total front access eliminates the need for rear or side clearance, while a 10" HMI touch screen with predictive diagnostics enables proactive, data-driven maintenance. The Keor Flex is winner of the Red Dot Design Award 2025 and is certified to EN 62040-1/2/3 and EN IEC 62443-4-1/4-2 for Cybersecurity.
